Cancellation and Refunds

Participants may cancel enrollment according to the following terms:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before program start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 7 days before program start: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient enrollment, facilitator unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
